Made in the United States of America While cosmetics are created all over the country, California has the highest concentration of cosmetics facilities in the country, accounting for more than 25% of all beauty institutions in the country.
Although the CC cream is created in South Korea, the beauty palettes are (or were) made in China. Given that L’Oreal now controls IT Cosmetics, I wouldn’t be shocked if the company’s goods are produced in a variety of locations, just like every other major cosmetics company.

Kern Lima sold the company, iT Cosmetics, to LOreal for $1.2 billion in cash eight years later. She stepped down as CEO of IT Cosmetics in 2019 and just released a memoir titled “believe It: How to Go from Underappreciated to Unstoppable.”
Mary Kay cosmetics are sold all over the world. Its principal manufacturing plant is in Dallas, Texas, but it also has a manufacturing unit in Hangzhou, China, which it inaugurated in 1995.

Is Cerave a cruelty-free product? Cerave isn’t completely cruelty-free, sadly. This is due to the fact that Cerave is sold in mainland China, where animal testing is needed by law in order to sell cosmetics.
