Rolfing and Massage: The most major difference between Rolfing and massage is that massage is fantastic for short-term relaxation or pain treatment, whereas Rolfing modifies the structure of the body to provide long-term ease and relief.
A typical session consists of approximately 10 minutes of evaluation and discussion followed by approximately 75 minutes of hands-on bodywork and movement.
